1. Products & Pricing

All prices mentioned on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately; however, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or the nature of jewellery.

The Ornaza reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing or product information.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders placed on The Ornaza are accepted only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before dispatch for any reason.

3. Payments

We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

In case of payment failure or delay, The Ornaza shall not be held responsible as such issues are handled by the respective payment gateway or bank.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines and shipping details are mentioned on our Shipping & Handling page. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order.

5. No Return / No Exchange Policy

All jewellery products sold by The Ornaza are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation, return, or exchange is not allowed. Customers are requested to carefully review product details before placing an order.

6. Jewellery Care Responsibility

Jewellery requires proper care. Customers are responsible for handling and maintaining their jewellery as per the care guidelines provided on the website.

The Ornaza will not be responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, misuse , perfume, chemicals, or rough usage.
