At The Ornaza, we carefully pack and dispatch every order to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Order Dispatch
All orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders typically take 5–7 working days to be delivered, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as item availability, weather conditions, transit delays, courier operations, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹50 per order is applicable.
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.
Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped through our courier partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp to help you monitor the delivery status.
RTO / Undelivered Shipments
The Ornaza is not responsible for shipments returned to origin (RTO) or marked as undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details or contact information provided by the customer.
In such cases, customers will be required to pay the applicable shipping charges again to re-ship the order.
Lost Shipment
In the rare event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will re-ship the order.
If any item is unavailable due to stock issues, customers may choose to wait for restocking or opt for a credit note, which can be used for future purchases.
