All products sold on our website are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

We request customers to carefully review product details, images, and descriptions before placing an order.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Product

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit, missing from the package, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, customers must share a clear and continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the issue.

Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

After verification, appropriate action will be taken at our discretion.
